The company also provides a full service to place students with appropriate host families if and when needed such as in holiday periods.
The arrangements and services include:
- To act on behalf of parents in all appropriate matters.
- To attend teacher-parent meetings at school and the provision of a report with teachers’ comments.
- The solution of current academic and everyday problems with the school administration.
- To help a student adapt to the new life and school rules.
- Provide aid and advice in the choice of subjects and exams.
- Intercommunication to solve the problems connected the student’s health and accommodation.
- The Guardian is obliged to select the homestay family during the ‘Exeat’.
- The arrangement of airport transfers.
- To care for the student, if the school is closed due to a health epidemic as well as if the student has been excluded from the school because of a serious rules violation.
- To be available for a student or his/her parents 24 hours a day in case of emergency
